Getting Your Own Beef is Simple, Just follow our 4 Easy Steps...
1. Decide How Much You Want...
Do you want a whole, 1/2, or 1/4 beef?

Whole: ~500-550 lbs of packaged beef. Requires about 20 cu.ft. of freezer space

1/2: ~250-270 lbs of packaged beef. Requires about 10 cu.ft. of freezer space
-
1/4: ~125-135 lbs of packaged beef. Requires about 5 cu.ft of freezer space
2. Send In Your Order...
Go to our ordering page at the top of our website. Fill in your contact information and desired amount of beef. Complete our questionaire which will walk you through your options for processing including desired cuts, thickness of steaks ,and size of ground beef packages. Don't know where to start?? No problem... we will suggest our favorite options and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, your beef will be delivered to the locker for processing at the next available appointment.
3. Pay Online...
You will technically own your portion of the animal while it is still alive, however cost will be calculated after hanging weight is determined. Hanging weight is the weight of the animal after being partially butchered, removing all the internal organs, the head, and inedible portions of the tail and legs. It is equal to approximately 63% of live weight and ranges from 750-825 lbs for a whole animal. Hanging weight which will be used to calculate your bill based on the size of your order. See our ordering for current pricing per pound of hanging weight. We will email you an invoice that will be payable via check or PayPal. Processing fees will be paid directly to the locker.
4. Pick Up Your Beef...
You will be notified when your beef is ready for pickup at the locker. Your beef will be frozen and placed in large bags to be transported to your freezer.
